Spotlight on Scientists: Dr. Sara Schaefer, New Associate Director of Educational Programs

Dr. Sara Schaefer is the new Associate Director of Educational Programs at the Foods For Health Institute. She received her doctorate in Nutritional Biology from UC Davis.
